Upgrade nodejs runtime in Refkit to v5.11, current nodejs version in Refkit is v4.5.0.

nodejs got updated in meta-iot-web, but waiting for dependent iotiviy, iotivity-node package updates in meta-iot-wec, so that we can pull together in refkit.

Now nodejs version updated to 6.11 in refkit .
