In order to work with Secure Boot requirement, reduce the need for (L)GPLv3 components. This is done by recompiling components with different configuration parameters, reducing functionality, and leaving components out from the production images

All component in refkit gateway profile is compliance with secure boot requirement. Except gnupg dependency in flatpak. refkit_license_check.py script in oe-selftest also complete but cannot upstream until the gnupg dependency is fix.

Refkit work is discontinued -> obsolete
