Provide a means as part of the SDK update mechanism (currently devtool sdk-update) to roll back to a previous version, as a guard against possible bugs with a new update.

This should be fairly straightforward as long as we record the appropriate information (sstate signatures, some kind of pointer to take care of the sources, and backup of any other synced files).
