Manual check of the URL results in 404 not found. Closer inspection of https://ftp.gnu.org/gnu/ed/ shows other versions, so it seems 1.9 was deliberately removed. The latest version is ed-1.14.tar.lz.
Seems the recipe recipes-extended/ed/ed_1.9.bb should be upgraded or a different URL should be used.

Since updating URL to downloads.yoctoproject.org fixes this warning, we don't have to upgrade this package.
