I found this issue when I used 
commit 7f34cd1eb2a459709006ae985a14decd4d2152e6
Date:   Fri Jun 3 14:57:17 2011 -0700
(so the perl-native change is not there)

How to reproduce the issue:
1) I "bitbake perl-native" in /poky.git/build/;
2) mv /poky.git/build /poky.git/build.bak;
3) in /poky.git/build2/, modify the conf/local.conf to set SSTATE_MIRRORS to point to /poky.git/build.bak/sstate-cache/, and "bitbake sgmlspl-native" would fail in do_compile:
"Can't locate ExtUtils/Command.pm in @INC (@INC contains: /poky.git/build/tmp/sysroots/i686-linux/usr/lib/perl/5.12.3 /poky.git/build/tmp/sysroots/i686-linux/usr/lib/perl/5.12.3 /poky.git/build/tmp/sysroots/i686-"linux/usr/lib/perl/5.12.3"

This is a common issue to the packages which using 'MakeMaker.pm' to generate their Makefiles. The function 'find_perl()' in 'MM_Unix.pm' will be used to figure out the path of 'PERL/FULLPERL', but it always find the 'perl.real' instead of perl wrapper. Patch to 'find_perl()' would fix this issue.
