With Yocto 1.1 M1 RC2 build, all IPC related cases failed on routerstationpro. Including message queue, semaphore, and shared memory. 

Most of the error log of these failure cases show:
Function not implemented

I checked the kernel default configure of the routerstationpro and found the System V IPC is not enabled.

Remove some conflicted configurations for routerstation to enable System V IPC in kernel and solve this problem.

All the IPC related cases can pass on routerstationpro with the latest commit.
