Description brian avery 2017-06-07 21:20:25 UTC
max10m50c board boots with 3.18, we need to update the nios2 softcore on the board to boot with the 4.10 kernel.

Managed to build/boot Linux 4.10 on max10m50c board via u-boot/Ethernet.
Both u-boot and Linux (with initramfs) were built using Yocto/poky and meta-altera. Will document the steps on wiki pages.

I am closing this as RESOLVED/FIXED as the main objective (booting 4.10 kernel on MAX10m50C board) has been accomplished.
