There is no core-image-sato x86-64 toolchain sdk for armv5e on the above link. The file name should be poky-glibc-x86_64-core-image-sato-armv5e-toolchain-2.1.3.sh. All toolchains for other archs are in there.

The nightly-arm buildset on the new cluster was missing the step which performs this build, I've added the configuration fragment and it will be picked up next time the we restart the autobuilder software.

The nightly-arm buildset has been updated to ensure the SDK is built on the yocto.io cluster
