into the error message and then exit.
If I am missing meta-cow and meta-duck (or just have the wrong path), I'd prefer not to have to run bb and see meta-cow "does not exist" then rerun bitbake just to be told meta-duck "does not exist".  It would be nice to batch all the missing/bad layers and then exit after dumping all the problems.
