While working on getting an xorg.conf installed for the beagleboard, I had some trouble trying to understand why it was using the version it was using and later why it couldn't find it at all. Turns out I mispelled beaglboard in the files directory. It would have been much easier to spot of the ERROR message had listed where it searched instead of just: ERROR: Function 'Fetcher failure for URL: 'file://xorg.conf'. Unable to fetch URL file://xorg.conf from any source.' failed It would also be nice if -DDDD made bitbake list all the paths it searched to illustrate why it picks the file it does.
Shall we move this to post 1.1?
