ERROR: libtimedate-perl-native-2.30-r0 do_checkuri: Fetcher failure for URL: 'http://search.cpan.org/CPAN/authors/id/G/GB/GBARR/TimeDate-2.30.tar.gz'. URL http://search.cpan.org/CPAN/authors/id/G/GB/GBARR/TimeDate-2.30.tar.gz doesn't work

I think the sefltest is failing for the same reason.

Works now and a more recent checkuri worked, so it was a transient failure.
