diffoscope output that corroborates the claim.

e2fsprogs-doc_1.43.4-r0_i386.deb is not binary reproducible.
See the attached diffoscope output.
The culprit is using gzip without "-n".

patch also upstreamed:

so the patch should not be needed in versions v1.43.6+
