Currently, 3 Django fixtures are loaded by checksettings.py: settings.xml, (poky|oe-core).xml and custom.xml. These are always required to reside in bitbake/lib/toaster/orm/fixtures, as far as I can tell.

Please provide a way (an environment variable seems good) to load the fixtures from other FIXTURE_DIRS. At least custom.xml should be allowed to reside elsewhere, but it probably also makes sense to allow overriding the other two fixtures.
