We need to update the Toaster manual for current features.

Specifically:

1. Add the new "Distro" selection box and page, plus update respective screen shots.

2. Update "3.3. Setting a Different Address" to highlight that this feature is for enabling external access.

3. In "4.2.1. Pre-Configured Releases" remove Fido and Jethro, and replace with the YP-2.4 name.

4. Move "4.1.1.2.2. Use the toasterconf.json File" and "4.3.2. File Structure" from "toasterconf.json" to the new fixture support.

5. Remove section "4.4.5. loadconf"
