We need to be certain that YP layers (OE-Core, meta-poky, meta-yocto-bsp) do not break YP Compatible status.

To do so we can use the yocto-compat-layer/yocto-compat-layer-wrapper script during a build run to ensure the compatibility status isn't affected.
