some commands run failed according to steps on minimal image wiki:

commands below:
top, df ,fdisk,mount,mpstat,umount,ps
both commands need some file in /proc dir , but /proc dir is empty after boot,so run failed.
commands below:
whoami 
error info:"unknow uid 0".
init 
error info:"must be run as PID 1".

mount /proc /sys when boot the image by apply the patch in
https://wiki.yoctoproject.org/wiki/Minimal_Image#init_script
to busybox to make /proc related commands usable.

And minimal image doesn't provide commands fdisk and init
