This happened on both ross/mut and ross/mut2.

I logged into the build slaves and was able to reproduce the error, but was not able to reproduce it locally.

Neither yocto-compat-layer nor yocto-compat-layer-wrapper were in the path after sourcing oe-init.

This is likely because of https://patchwork.openembedded.org/patch/144293/ - I got all references in OE-Core itself but I guess there are some within the autobuilder that will need changing if/when this gets merged.

fixed with commit c4933b7b516ef13e56e9e37fc1578e343865b4dd
