STATUS: FAILED
BUILD: 2.4 M4: rc1-592c3449697ce39bf07864fafd7f0a61ca230561
ENVIRONMENT: Fedora 26
STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
1. Access a project page, either by creating a new project or accessing an existing project from the "All builds" table.

2. Click on the "builds" link situated next to the Configuration "Build" button

3. When no search query has been entered, we have placeholder text saying: "Search builds". The placeholder text disappears when the first character is typed.

4. Search "#" and you will have a result (you supposed to see nothing) and the color from the table changes, like fade

There is something odd happening here. I could not reproduce the result with "#" (it looked like the "Search: button had not been pressed), however:

1) When I enter "#" and do a search, I get the line "No builds found" and no results shown.
2) If I click "Show All Builds" I get back to the line "All Builds" but the message "Sorry - no data found".
3) If I click "Search" again, the "#" comes back as "%23" with the line "No builds found".
4) If I now click "Show All Builds" I get the expected list of all builds.

Step #2 should have worked as my step #4 did.

While this is an annoyance for the user experience and will be fixed, it is not a blocker so I am setting it to "Low".

I found the same in the search box from Recipes
