bad import dependent layers active button.

The "add layer" button for Layer dependencies (optional) is active immediately after going to the Import Layer page, even though nothing has been typed in. Hitting the "add layer" button for Layer dependencies (optional)  button results in multiple copies of openembedded-core being added...
