When the Toaster initial splash screen was updated to feature the new project support, it lost the indications that it still had the command line build capture support.

This resulted in previous users thinking that this original feature was lost or disabled, unnecessarily reducing the perceived value of Toaster.

The splash screen needs to be updated to show and promote both features.

This issue came from the ELCE Prague YP BoF meeting.
