In hob, if we choose one base image(for example, core-image-sato) and then remove some package(for example, acl), then choose File->Save, to save it as a customized .bb file. The save action works but no user customized package list information recorded in .bb file, except for the base image type.

I think the most reliable way to do this will be to track removed packages and if some contents of the base image are removed fall back to building from an empty rootfs up, therefore this bug will depend on #1239

I think the bug could be marked as verified fixed, with commit
46cf540e63a848512617b20fd8492f81bfb2f704.
But customized bb file actually does not work well, will open another bug for it.
