It seems like when we try to build a derivative SDK using command "devtool build-sdk", bitbake failed to locate shared state cache and hence causing failures to set-scene and not producing derivative SDK.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Install eSDK via latest installer (2.4)
http://downloads.yoctoproject.org/releases/yocto/yocto-2.4/toolchain/x86_64/poky-glibc-x86_64-core-image-minimal-i586-toolchain-ext-2.4.sh 

2. Source the eSDK environment script.

3. Add the component using "devtool add". We used bbexample.
$ devtool add 'https://github.com/pgyptraining/bbexample.git;rev=55412248fbab1e95a777aa386b3f2c890c105c45'

4. Without changing anything in the configurations and recipe, we started the build using "devtool build-sdk"
$ devtool build-sdk

We would first see meta-emvironment-extsdk-qemux86 having taskhash mismatch.
