Instead of fixing the SRC_URI, if there is nothing in oe-core that uses it then we can delete it.  If there are users in meta-oe then copy the recipe over there.

In oe-core, neon is required by:

1. gstreamer1.0-plugins-bad (neonhttpsrc element)
2. packagegroup-self-hosted.bb
3. packagegroup-core-lsb.bb

1) disable by default, the soup plugin is probably better

Please consider to backport this fix for pyro.

Pyro is having the same issue:
