The yocto-bsp create function creates layers that are no longer valid.  This is due to the KTYPE being set to standard/base instead of standard.

Yocto-bsp has been deprecated so this ticket is just to inform people that still use the tool or upgrade their generated BSP to the new version.

This will be noted int he documentation as we transition from yocto-bsp to bitbake-layers.
