Hi !

Use-case: 
A toaster instance to be paired with e.g. a sstate-cache or download mirror.
Currently we'd need to inject the variables one-by-one for each project/build.

Enhancement:
Instead we could have a global settings button and define 'bitbake vars" there.
They'd be applied to all projects then.
