diffoscope output

Various builds of e2fsprogs 1.43.7 package locales which may or may not have POT-​Creation-​Date removed. There is no obvious pattern, it is different locales each time. This suggests some kind of a race condition. (Please see the attached files). This (AFAIK) was not observed with the previous version of 1.43.5.
It is very easy to reproduce with two separate builds.
