Trying to be smart to prevent the user from setting the thread count too high but agree we should remove this, at least until we have a better set of data to set reasonable caps.

The spin widget in Gtk+ seems to require some upper bounds be set so we need to pick an arbitrary maximum value until we have a better method for determining sane values to set.

I'm torn between picking some number, 30? 100? and just capping it at number of CPU's multiplied by an arbitrary multiplier.

Thoughts?

Given the fact that hob's most likely be used by a user for desktop, I'd suggest we use 30
