"xmlrpclib" was in xmlrpc package before:

-    ${libdir}/python2.7/SimpleXMLRPCServer.* \
-    ${libdir}/python2.7/DocXMLRPCServer.* \
-"

And was not added:

+    "xmlrpc": {

+            "${libdir}/python2.7/DocXMLRPCServer.py",
+            "${libdir}/python2.7/SimpleXMLRPCServer.py"
+        ],

As a result I`m receiving a following error:
  File "/usr/lib64/python2.7/SimpleXMLRPCServer.py", line 102, in <module>
    import xmlrpclib
ImportError: No module named xmlrpclib


Following change works for me:

Sorry for the delay in this. We ended up needing to fix the manifest file generation code. Now that is done we can regenerate the manifest and fix this bug.
