With 1.1 M2 branch, after launching hob and choosing a image for machine, for example, core-image-minimal for routerstationpro, there will be 46 pakcages by default. Then we choose acpid and alsa-lib, and choose save user customiszed package list to a bb file, for example, myimage.bb. 

After we exit hob and restart hob and open the myimage.bb, only the package list for core-image-minimal is shown. There is no "acpid" and "alsa-lib".

same issue exists against latest master, also reported 1289

I think I could mark the bug as verified fixed, since added packages have been saved in .bb file now.
