Description David Reyna 2018-06-28 00:56:54 UTC
Provide mechanism for importing user changes to local.conf and bblayers.conf into the project settings in Toaster.

This will improve the interchangeability between the Toaster and the command line experience and usage.

Proposed solution:

  * Front end: provide a menu option to refresh the Toaster settings from the current project's conf files.

  * Back end: implement a "buildimport.py" command that can scan a project's conf files and update/create the project's settings accordingly, both layers and variables.
