log file that have issue with testtools library

Due to new code recently added [1], we need to update all of our autobuilder's worker with testtools library. To resolve this issue, we need to install testtools library using the following command.

$ pip3 install testtools

Attached is a log file from runtime test for nightly-mips64 that show the issue as explain earlier.
