when trying adt-intaller, after install ipk files for meta-environment, enviroment-setup- site-config version- files'name are not completed.

Fire a bug for lianhao for tracking this.

This is because the variable OLD_MULTIMACH_TARGET_SYS which is used by the meta-environment recipe is removed by commit 5aa96bd0ef5.
