During using oe-git-archive, we discovered that it failed when running it without installing gitpython package to /usr/bin/python3

Steps to reproduce the error:

Step 01: source oe-init-build-env

Step 02: run oe-git-archive
oe-git-archive <file dir to archive> -g <dir to git archive> -b <git branch>

Traceback (most recent call last):

When the needed python package was not available, it shall exit with meaningful message to remind user to install the needed python package.
