Description Erik Botö 2019-01-18 06:07:09 UTC
When changing the SSTATE_SCAN_FILES variable in a recipe it doesn't cause a rebuild, so if there's a sstate-cache available with "bad" sstate data in it that will still be used even though the recipe is updated to address this.

To reproduce:
1. bitbake libpng
2. Add this line to meta/recipes-multimedia/libpng/libpng_1.6.36.bb:
   SSTATE_SCAN_FILES += "libpng16.pc"
3. Run bitbake libpng again, nothing will be built.

This is of course not needed for libpng, but I just used it as an example.
