The issue occurs on x86_64 toolchain, we use a x86_64-i586 toolchain here, in i586-poky-linux-gcc, the ld.so path is set to /opt/poky/1.0+snapshot/sysroots/x86_64-pokysdk-linux/lib64/ld-linux-x86-64.so.2, meanwhile the real path is /opt/poky/1.0+snapshot/sysroots/x86_64-pokysdk-linux/lib/ld-linux-x86-64.so.2 in toolchain.
Is it possibly related to the patch? http://git.yoctoproject.org/cgit/cgit.cgi/poky/commit/?id=6c936b4b1a2fb1bdf1f3f91482af7e33e71b5c10
