devtool build busybox fails with the following error

this is because within busybox.inc do_prepare_config task tries to access ${WORKDIR}/defconfig.
in devtool, for busybox the external builddir is set to workspace/sources/busybox
when do_prepare_config task runs it errors because it cannot find ${WORKDIR}/defconfig.

The issue has been resolved in the latest master tree. Will close the bug as it is no longer reproducible.
