We need to check and add SPDX licensing to sources in:

Bruce: Question is whether you'll do this or whether you want someone to send you patches? We can make it a newcomer bug if appropriate and you'll take patches but won't have time yourself.

I'll take patches for this, so making it a newcomer bug is fine.

If we don't get patches by anyone else, I will pick it up before the next release.
