Something like:

INHIBIT_PACKAGE_STRIP_FILES = "/usr/*/ptest/*"

would make it easy to avoid stripping a lot of files such as ptest's files.

For valgrind for example, some if not all of the ptest executables should not be stripped so that ptests of full stack traces pass but we *do* want to strip the main valgrind executable so that it's size is smaller.

We've fixed valgrind differently which lowers the priority of this issue.
