Enabling a single multiconfig that does nothing increases the size of the bitbake parse cache by a factor of about 5 and slows down the speed at which the parsing caches is loaded by an even larger amount

Fix in http://lists.openembedded.org/pipermail/bitbake-devel/2019-May/020028.html needs backported to 2.6 and 2.7 once it lands on master
