patchwork report below error when new python file is added

* Issue             Errors in your Python code were encountered [test_pylint] 
  Suggested fix    Correct the lines introduced by your patch
  Output           Please, fix the listed issues:
                   scripts/lib/wic/plugins/source/bootimg-biosplusefi.py does not exist


current test suite only support modified files, but don't skip new added patch for this test, so report this error.

The first comments is not right, the root cause is filepath passed to pylint is not correct path, pass the abspath to fix it
