wget of the http://download.oracle.com/berkeley-db/db-5.3.21.tar.gz and http://www.oracle.com/technetwork/products/berkeleydb/downloads/index-082944.html

works. if 6.1.19 is a db version, it is not there. I could not tell what url it was trying a the time.

Notice on their website

Berkeley DB 12cR1 (12.1.6.1.19)

No longer available for download.

if 6.1.19 is the same as that.

I going to give a shot at fixing this.

I think there may have been two issues. I am seeing this traceback but the tests pass.
