Add other architectures to be tested as part of the reproducible build QA test in addition to the current x86 test.

I believe this should be done as part of running all of oe-selftest on another architecture.

I think now we're moving to the new AB cluster we might have the cycles to do a second build?

We now have a reproducible-arm builder, but it's manually fired.
