If the local.conf has multilib set up then test_devtool_add_library fails:

ERROR: libftdi-1.1-r0 do_package: QA Issue: libftdi: Files/directories were installed but not shipped in any package:

  /usr/lib/libftdipp1.a

  /usr/lib/pkgconfig/libftdi1.pc
  /usr/lib/pkgconfig/libftdipp1.pc

Wrong $libdir!  Bug in libftdi's makefiles.

As libftdi also depends on Boost, which takes forever to build, how about just replacing libftdi with something better.

Did tinfoil datastore changes help this?
