With latest hob, if we choose a base image, for example, core-image-basic for qemux86, then deselect some packages, for example, python here. Then if we build it, image do_rootfs will fail with error that "unable to find package xproto(xproto)!" (I also meet python missed error once).

This can likely be marked "Resolved - Obsolete" once we switch to 2-phase build and fix bug 1450

Hobv2 landing in upstream BitBake should rectify this issue

addressed by HOBv2 2 phase build approach
