If you log in and then go to Tools -> Branch Comparison, select zeus and warrior as from and to branches, then click on "Filter Layers", unselect openembedded-core then select some other layer (e.g. meta-intel), click "Filter", then click "Show", when the page refreshes the filter button has a "2" on it and the results indicate that openembedded-core is still selected; if you click on "Filter Layers" again the checkboxes are however not correctly checked.

Even worse: If you try this now: Internal server error Something went wrong. The error has been logged, please check back later.
The behavior reported (e.g. unselect "openembedded-core" and then add "meta-intel") is no longer resulting in the Filter Layers button having a "badge" of 2. It correctly shows "1" and the only layer selected is "meta-intel". The same behavior happens if you click on the "Clear Selections" button. The new question is "Why does this cause an Internal Server Error?"
Filed a new bug for the Internal Server Error: https://bugzilla.yoctoproject.org/show_bug.cgi?id=15332
With a fix in place for 15332, the behavior described in this bug still occurs, although "openembedded-core" was not still selected. The comparison results appeared to only be for oe-core and not meta-intel.
Build move to 5.1
Bulk move of all unassigned 5.2 medium importance bugs to 5.3.
