OEQA/runtime test 'dnf.DnfRepoTest.test_dnf_exclude' failed in runtime testing on NUC7, with distro = poky=altconfig.

RE-run the test with updating test setup to use a fresh build directory and run 'bitbake curl' .
Test case is passed in re-run.
