If both SRC_URI and PREMIRRORS have a username on path, with @, the resulting user is the append.

Ex:
SRC_URI = git://userA@ssh.mygitserver.com/repo 
PREMIRROR = ftp://userB:pass@ftp.myftpserver.com/

The resulting access to PREMIRROR ftp is:
ftp://userAuserB:pass@ftp.myftpserver.com
