Please remove 2.64, 2.6.5, 2.7.2, 2.7.3, 3.0, 3.1 M2, 3.1 M3, 3.0.1, & 3.0.2 from the pull-down for target milestones.

I've set all of these versions & milestones to be inactive for all products.
