I am afraid the issue was introduced while http://git.yoctoproject.org/cgit.cgi/poky/commit/?id=03826c61fdb9949d6812c586e5407249fbb9bee9 was not merged. And we should manually update layerindex database again. ./update.py -b master --reload BTW, when you search on zeus master, the result is fine https://layers.openembedded.org/layerindex/branch/zeus/recipes/?q=rsyslog
