I saw this when trying to reproduce the mips testimage issue in another bug.

100% reproducible for me on Ubuntu 16.04.7 LTS with upgraded host gcc 8.4 from ppa:ubuntu-toolchain-r - own distro, poky or nodistro, uninative doesn't help

I'm seeing this on a F26 box (yeah I know). Fixed with:

touch ./tmp-glibc/work/x86_64-linux/cross-localedef-native/2.32-r0/git/localedef/include/bits/floatn.h


Per Khem. Yeah I know this isn't likely a real fix.
